Occasionally, customers notice that the buttons on a LIFX Glass Switch appear slightly off-centre or misaligned. This can look concerning at first, but in almost all cases, it’s a visual effect rather than a manufacturing issue.
Because the switch uses a glossy glass surface, reflections and lighting angles can make it appear that the button outlines aren’t perfectly aligned. Depending on the light in the room, this effect can change as you move around the switch.
A simple way to confirm this is by gently touching the buttons. You’ll find that the button dimples and the button borders line up correctly and feel centred when pressed.
