The Serial Number is printed on the bulb base for our bulbs, or on the back of the controller on our other products. It is next to the letters S/N. If you have more than one Serial Number, please separate with a comma.
The Lot Number is located near the serial number. It will be sequenced either with 17xx, 18xx, 19xx , 20xx, or 21xx. If you have more than one Lot Number, please separate with a comma.
