Should my light get hot?
Our Bulbs are often half the temperature of an equivalent brightness Incandescent or Halogen Bulb and around 20% cooler than CFL Bulbs. For an in-depth explanation of the temperature of our Bulbs, check out this blog post.
Your lights will get hot during normal operation. Please use caution if removing light from a fixture. Do not touch the metal part of the light unless you have let it cool for a few minutes after powering off the light.
