These steps can also be used if you want to remove a light from your account and add it again later. You can check the status of a light by tapping on its name and then tapping the settings gear.
Note: If your lights show under "Almost Done..." within the LIFX app, they have not yet been claimed.

Having some trouble connecting to the cloud?
If your bulb was previously connected to the cloud and now shows "disconnected" turn the light off/on one time and wait 30 seconds to see if it reconnects.
If that doesn't help, tap on the "Remove Device from Cloud" button. Wait 30 seconds. Force close and reopen the app. The light should now appear under "Almost Done...". Use the steps above to connect the light to your Cloud account.
To remove the light from the cloud, please log in here with your LIFX app credentials, go to "manage devices", and delete your bulb with the corresponding serial number.
