Quick Tips.

Always set your smart devices up in a space with good Wi-Fi signal - it makes the process a lot easier when you have good connectivity. We recommend setting your light up somewhere close to your router while you get connected, and then moving it to your ideal spot later on.

If you already know all about Amazon Simple Set-up, but your Amazon device has failed to connect to your new LIFX light upon first activation, try these quick tricks first:

  1. Turn your light off, wait 5 seconds, then turn it back on.
  2. Make sure you are using a 2.4ghz Wi-Fi network.
