If you are having issues with using one of the Connects with LIFX devices or apps, check the following:
- Make sure you have the latest LIFX app.
- Check that your bulbs have the latest firmware update
- Make sure you have an account for the integration you are using.
- Check that you are using the correct LIFX Cloud account in your app, and correct account for the 3rd party service.
If you are still having issues, please try:
- Log into your LIFX Cloud account at cloud.lifx.com.
- Revoke access for the service you are having issues with.
- Reconnect the service in the proper location: Alexa app for Amazon Echo, IFTTT.com, Smartthings app, etc.
