Please try the following to address setup issues:
- Power cycle the bulb once (turn off power to the bulb, then on again, at the wall).
- Make sure other LIFX are powered off.
- Try setting up the Bulb again
If that doesn't work, please try the following:
- Turn the bulb off
- Force quit the LIFX app on your phone or tablet
- Turn the bulb back on
- Launch the LIFX app
- Follow the steps in the app to setup the bulb.
