If you see the following error message: “No devices found! Ensure all devices are powered on & connected to your WiFi access point”, when updating bulbs, try the steps below.
- Ensure every LIFX bulb on your network is hard powered off.
- Power on the bulb closest to your Wi-Fi router, open the LIFX app check if you can control this bulb.
- Dim the bulb to 25%
- Restart the Updater, with only the one bulb powered on.
If you have more than one bulb, and this process is successful, repeat the process for each bulb, using the same lamp. This will ensure all your bulbs are updated.
